The wars will be over one day. The health care entitlement never ends.

Isn't that the way it should be? The killing ends...the healing goes on forever.

The wars will be over one day. The health care entitlement never ends. The cost of the wars will a trillion or so. The cost of health care over the years will be many trillions.

See? There is no moral equivalence, but there is no fiscal one, either.

Actually, you are ignoring the truth. The health care bill will save $140B over the next 10 years and $1 trillion over the following 10 years.

Conversely, your GOP's wars cost this country $1 trillion so far.

You see, your GOP never bothered to pay for anything. They figured they'd just put it on the credit card and then blame the Dems when the Dems came to power. And that's exactly what they are doing right now. However, folks like me don't have short memories. I knew that's what they were doing at the time, was very loud about my disgust of their spending at the time and now am further disgusted when they try to blame their profligacy on the Dems.
