PS: My finger's getting itchy on the PETD trigger. Huge, and I'm thinking, final sell-off orgy today. I remember reading somewhere that high volume with little or no further downside progress is a sign of the bottom. Wanna talk me off the ledge?

APCO... is this a good time to buy? Is it going to take off?

Volume has dropped to a low. Since the entire float on stock just traded hands in the last week when do you expect to see a move? Do you think a news release could do it?
