No doubt that it would be a wild ride down and some might get seriously hurt or worse, but I can pretty much guarantee you that the hundreds of jumpers at the WTC on 911 wished they had something like the executive chute strapped to their backs.

According to one report, some guy located in the Windows on the World restaurant atop the WTC north tower tried to fashion a table cloth to use as a parachute.
