LIDAR? I suppose Google knows about it. Even Bing would do. Possibly Cuil too. But whatever the calculation, it can't make up data which is not visible from the single image position. Therefore it can't be done. I'd ask Google, but I'm busy watching 2D images of my golfing buddy* Phil Mickelson heading for victory at Augusta to show Tiger Woods how real men play golf. He just hit a long hit in for his third eagle in a row. Mqurice * Perhaps he isn't strictly a "buddy" but I did see his locker when I played at The Bridges in Rancho Santa Fe several years ago. PS: Omigosh, he nearly got a 4th eagle. Missed by 20cm or so.
