I might have this in the wrong thread. I plunked it here because CCR2 is in an inflammatory pathway (and I've seen research pointing to a possible inflammatory angle in HIV), and CCR5 drugs were pretty much for HIV. But in their laundry list at the beginning of the paper, the authors don't even mention HIV.
