Kenneth, there are no excuses for either one. Both have "excuses" but Bush was a surprise, and we knew all along that Obama would be the biggest spender ever. It is part of his extremist views.

ken..."tonto, Obama came into office in the midst of the worst depression since the 1930's."....

Could a socialist/marxist/commie whatever like hussein obama? impose his agenda if the economy were booming and in good shape?

Correction---------there was no depression when Obama walked down Penns. Avenue.

What did happen is that as soon as Obama became the candidate for the Democrat Party----the stock market began crashing in anticipation of a leftist Socialist 'hopey change Obama' anticipating Obama's win-----whether legitimate or not legitimate.

Are we in a depression now----------not quite there; however, if a full blown depression occurs, make no mistake it is Obama's Depression to own.

Any man or woman who would advocate the expansion of a Federal Government to the extent that Obama has is irresponsible.

It is too bad that he is not personally up for election in November 2010----------if so this man would lose dramatically.
