In 1960 I went to Albany NY and stayed with my grandmother for a month. I met and played with some local kids, when they found out I live in DC they called me a N....r lover and beat me up. The north then and today has plenty of racists, black and white.

Funny VA elected the first black gov. you don't see racist northern states doing that ,why is that ??
