Interesting how news and stories travel these days.... If you google the title of the article, here what you get - thousands of hits, but it seems they all post the same article by the same source. Still, no way to corroborate the story. Maybe lack of denial will be the best confirmation... :)

The European Union Times. First time I have been referred to it. Sounded a little funny but was probably a translation. They are quoting from a "confidential Russian inside report" so I take it with a grain of salt.
