Here's the only small tidit I found on CSCA... It's old, but interesting. Scroll down about 60% of the way through the list. oilonline.com "Kilgore, TX....Cassco Capital Corp. has agreed to acquire a 50 percent interest in S & B Resources, Inc., an oil producer located in Kilgore, Texas. S & B operates leases in Greg and Rusk counties in the east Texas field. In addition, S & B has acquired 263 acres of oil and gas leases in Red River County, Texas, and anticipates that it will drill its first well on that acreage within the next six months. The test well on that acreage will be to a depth of 5,600 feet and will be an offset to existing production in the area. S & B currently produces approximately 3,000 barrels of oil per month and with the new leases anticipates production to increase to over 12,000 barrels per month. Cassco is paying 750,000 shares of its restricted common stock for its interest in S & B. The transaction is scheduled to close April 30, 1996." Best wishes, Brad

From what I can find out there is a rumor of this empty shell has a deal coming into it. They can short it down because no one is selling nor are they filling between bid and ask, I know I have been trying all day. Speculation is there is millions surrounding it. I am diligently trying to find out anything I can. The rumors are in the brokerage houses. I am not selling this one period. Rumor also has it will be at $1.00 by next Friday. AGAIN I cannot find anything solid on it at all just rumors. But all the shares that passed and it doubled apparently is not the internet or it would have fell by now. This one looks really strong to me on a speculation trade. This one reminds me of USWDA and IKAR. BTW IKAR is about to rocket to from what I can find out. it was at .60 in june and has solid investors and no momentum traders. Looks to have a few internet but the base is most in financial institutions in Europe from what I can find. GB GaBard
