WOW! your post will break Paul's heart. Wake up, Paul! "Screwing up
future, you will get nothing." When INTC drops $50s(I don't wait for
$40s), I will buy one share for souvenir.

Best wishes

Greg - Re: "Intel Now Cursed by Fleckstein! The famous hedgefund manager, avid shortseller Flickstein is leading the charge to short sell Intel, target price low 40's. "

The interview with this guy Fleckenstein that I read - about 2 weeks ago - contained an admission from Fleckenstein that he has been in a short position on technology stocks for over two years:

{===============================}
"Barron's: You must be a glutton for punishment, Bill.

Fleckenstein: Well, for the last couple of years, I admit it, I've been short -- mostly technology stocks. I've had only four longs, over that entire stretch.
But the fact that I've had better than flat performance over that time means that, on a relative basis, I've done okay. Although that begs the question of why I was dumb enough to do this in the first place!"

{=============================}

Interesting - He's been short Technology stocks for what 2 or 3 years?

So - he has been WRONG for 2 to 3 years. Now that there is a downtrend, he supposedly is "right".

That makes him a genius?

Being WRONG and SHORT for three years?

Let us assume he shorted Intel 2 years ago - On October 25, 1995, Intel was trading for $34.
Greg - THAT'S $34 - with Intel down today to $74 5/8, this BOZO IS STILL LOSING $40 for EVERY SHARE OF INTEL he shorted!

And he's a financial genius?

This guy has lost big money for his investors.

And he's a financial genius?

Paul
