Is it silly to be alarmed by the hate speech of the right wingnuts? It is silly to be worried that there have been twice as many death threats to Democratic congressmen so far this year than in all of last year? It is silly when the rhetoric of the rightwing talking heads causes incidents of racial hatred against a distinguished congressman who already fought the Jim Crow fight in the 60s - and has the scars? Is it silly to point out that the ones fanning the flames of such hate are really only in it for the buck, and view themselves as 'entertainers'? I think not. When the revisionists attempt to turn the hateful, lying, near-psychopathic wacko McCarthy into a hero, you begin to wonder if you really may have fallen down the rabbit hole...
