A conscientious Republican Congress after 2012 might finally overturn Roe V. Wade.

Congress cannot overturn Roe v. Wade. The ruling was based on the Constitution and found a right to privacy in connection with reproductive decisions. Can't be changed by congressional legislation. The only change will be at the hands of the Supreme Court reviewing Harry Blackman's decision in Roe.
