overturn Roe v. Wade

Never going to happen. This country is in favor of first trimester abortion rights. And would rise up in fury if they were overturned.

I never post on this subject because I realize it is a "third rail" here for some of us.

Congress can pass any law they choose. The SCOTUS has a right to review any law for Constitutionality. Since the right to murder unborn children was invented out of whole cloth it is likely that the federal prohibition against states protecting the rights of the unborn would withstand a Constitutional challenge.

Obviously if OBama were able to stack the court with Justices who have no respect for the Constitution that is just one of the things that would be interpretted incorrectly.
