Two things about this.
1-After spending Half of my time in mexico over the past 6 years I would think that the loss of 40% of Mexicos govt funds will be devastating to its people.
Even in todays Mexico, the old end up spending there last days in a dark room in the back of a hut sweating it out with no health care, no drugs to ease the pain of cancers, nothing. Infrastructure there is already a shamble.
There is going to be BIG Social problems as this lack of money becomes evident to the peoples. The loss of Carratell will be devastating.

2- $200 oil I doubt.
The price of this new tough oil will be dictated by the economy. The order of the worlds economy depends on the price of oil.
My bet is, we get a big eye opening hefty price hike fairly soon with price controls to follow.
