I've noticed that whenever the stock gets weak, this thread digresses substantially. This time it's a debate over whether Boris is misinformed, has callous disregard for his fellow man or is just plain homophobic. My answer is "who cares??". Let's get back to a discussion of the stock and the science, please. Tom

I for one won't put up with you blaming my community, the gay community, for HIV - In Africa, 80% of the cases are from heterosexual transmission... a virus doesn't care about race, gender, sexual orientation, etc, etc, etc! And as for "perverse lifestiles" answer me this - just exactly when were you sat down and told to choose between being gay or straight? You weren't & neither was I - no more than you chose the color of your skin or eyes. And even if it was a choice, so what - the issue is YOUR ignorance & fear of the "other", of what is different from you. By the way, you "choose" to be exposed to the Influenza virus every time you go to the office, or the mall, in the course of your daily life - if you come down with the flu, are you to blame?? Grow up, Boris... We're here, We're Queer, GET USED TO IT!! We also invest, for the same reasons you do - to make money. End of rant; re-cloaking, I return to lurk space, which, BTW is not evil - I don't post because I'm too busy trying to learn & regardless of the "egos" as John W. puts it, there is a lot of valuable knowledge shared here.
