I think guys like bill gates who create 1000s upon 1000s of taxing paying jobs, should be rewarded by the gov with not having to pay any tax. That's how capitalism should work.

It used to be if you were a homeless person who could not pay taxes or debt you worked if off on a chain gang. I think this would make more sense economically, but probably overly harsh.
