Scenario: Mgt was not in on it. Needham yes. Don't forget Needham was both the third underwriter with Mwitter/Monkey Sec and also happened to be the sponsor of the infamous conference. I could easily see Needham as someone the A Team trusted saying "oh! a little operational decision on the home front <g>.....why don't you just hurry back to the office and we'll take care of covering for you in your absence <vbg>.....ring, ring, ring, Hello Jay....Hello Brett.. blahbedy blah blah and can you you believe those guys listening to us tell them to go home and we'ld make it right.
