Even the suggestion that Management conspired to pullout is absolutely absurd.......I CAN'T even believe I am responding to this ...But here Goes:::::: Insider's hold way to much stock....Why would they want their Holdings to be cut in HALF>......THEY OWN WAY TO MUCH STOCK>....Give me a BREAK!!!!! Curlton is right, it is inconceivable for Cymer management to have an intentional input for this debacle. Trust us, Cymer is not an obscure company that has even the slightest time or idea for going into all this. Their time is and will be much needed for building lasers. Cymer is the "chokehold" in the semi industry (as per San Diego Union Tribune). Although I must say that they have underestimated the involvement of individual investors. They never thought the persistence of our reaction (as per Angus today). After all this, they will remember though that many individual investors may have a huge stake in CYMI. God Bless
