I read Bush's reserve documents. It took me 8 hours or so to look at all of them. I'm a former Navy reserve officer myself. The guy had with full documentationa and signatures from his commanding officer, showing the guy was basically doing duty nearly every weekend to complete his duty years in advance. And like you said about Obama and the "BC", legally these completed muster sheets is all that is necessary to prove that he did all his drills that he promised to do, years in advance.
