Medicaid is however the type of govt provided health care you want for everyone.

Medicaid is a far cry from the kind of health insurance that you and I enjoy I don't know much about Medicaid. I have never had occasion to know. The only thing bad about it from the patient's perspective that I know is that it's even harder to find a doctor that takes it than Medicare because it pays even more poorly. Do you know of anything else? Google turned up this comparison. In many states, Medicaid covers services and costs Medicare does not cover, including prescription drugs, diagnostic and preventive care, and eyeglasses. nolo.com
