The manager DOES get credit for your "creations". His manager gets the credit for his. The CEO gets the credit for the entire corporation. You're just an interchangeable, cube dwelling engineer. When you burn out, they'll screw in a replacement.

Who gets the bulk of the money earned by your "creations" - psst! it's NOT YOU!
