SCOTUS is the only lever they have that works. They'll fight tooth and nail to keep it. This appointment won't change that, but eventually, one will. We need some conservative justices to retire, die, become droolers, etc. If Clarence Thomas became a drooler, would anyone notice?

I want Scalia to go....he's 74. I hope he doesn't last another 7 years.
