The Health Care Reform act actually helps Red States more than Blue States because the need in Red States is greater.

Sure and bring in the foreign doctors who believe coca cola has choclate in it or as one foreign doctor did in Virginia scam the social security system and health insurance companies by kiting his costs---------until he was caught.
