You expect dedication for $25K a year? LOL. You get what you pay for. Pay a professional salary and you will get professional teachers. $25K per year gets you a babysitter called a teacher. Professional pay gets you a dedicated professional teacher.

We should make education THE top priority and see to it that your story is rare or non-existent -- that would be a better goal than 'winning' another war, putting another hunk of metal on the moon, or handing out half a trillion dollars a year to multinational agricultural companies to produce garbage and sell it as 'food'.
