And thanks to obumble, once an illegal has a driver's license he can also vote, the motor/voter law which obumble himself pushed in Illinois... and now we know why... GZ

Not exactly analogous, but I get your 'drift'. Technically (only thing that matters in a court of law), BOTH would be defacto LEGAL until and unless repudiated/revoked/repealed. So, have at it! (I suggest you write to the Republican Governor of Hawaii and ask her to REVOKE Hawaii's [current or original] birth certificate for President Obama. Be sure to provide her with all of the supporting documentation she will need to do that, too!)
