You will NEVER find another group professing to be Christian that comes even near them as far as knowing the truth....ok almost 100% But don't believe me, what do I know? You asked. I've researched every different group and although I am not a JW, not anything really, I found that they are the closest to living as if God were in charge of this planet and had a group in every country on earth. Don't rule them out and again, don't follow men.
