Al, > Political correctness (adjectivally, politically correct; both forms commonly abbreviated to PC) is a term which denotes language, ideas, policies, and behavior seen as seeking to minimize social and institutional offense in occupational, gender, racial, cultural, sexual orientation, handicap, and age-related contexts.

The key word is "offense." The free exercise of religion is being stifled by those who find the expression thereof offensive.

You are just giving a justification for that view. Using that, the anti-religious types will use the hammer of "political correctness" to silence anyone and everyone whom they find offensive.

So you see, what you are saying is VERY "politically correct." Much like Bill Maher, who used to host a show called "Politically Incorrect" but was anything but.
