As we say so often, time will tell.>> No reason to believe it will be as bad as '93 but I think its clear we saw a cyclical peak in profitability and now its a question of how far we slide down the slope. Obviously WDC is most vulnerable with each point of gross margin being worth about $.39 per share annually. Obviously a five point drop would be quite painful.
