I don't have time to go through and point out all the incorrect stuff in those links. The people that write this do so knowing the reader has never served in the Guard or Reserves and doesn't have a clue as to how orders are generated and written and how those orders are fulfilled and where a person can drill, how you can have a hiatus when you move from say one state to another and on and on and on. The people who write this stuff prey on on the unknowledeable and they write it such that if you don't know the details of the Guard or Reserves it sounds good on the surface. There are 700K posts on the old Bush thread and the search engine doesn't go back far enough for me to pull my work.
