Without wasting millions on multiple trials for the same offense in different jurisdictions as in Joseph Duncan. One trial, establish administratively whether he did the others, and then hang the bustard.

I just want that person permanently gone.

I don't think her husband knew he was infected although some people intentionally spread the disease. She found out she had it after she donated in a blood drive at work and the blood bank called her up a few days later.

Those who missed the story Lindy posted about Planned Parenthood should read it.
