RPOF, like so many on the Right, seems to view the donations to their party as a personal piggy bank. Because, you know, the little people are there to make sure they live high off the hog.

And the problem appears to be systemic. At least the Republican acted the same way when they controlled Congress. It will be interesting to see if more of this stuff comes to light.
