so if he is deemed not eligible what happens ? Why should Biden be President, who voted for him? New elections ? McCain becomes the default winner ?? the wacko dems would revolt

Not at all... the individual delivering the infant would have made some notes whether it were a police officer, a mid wife, taxi driver, or whatever... there would always be some documentation... in obumble's case, there is absolutely no documentation anywhere because it didn't happen here...
