I agree as it pertains to financial assets. Some smart money someday should get clubbed liquidating or even holding those 30 year 5% fixed rate mortgages when they get discounted at 8-10% rates. But by then the world might be very different and who knows it could be like the post war period where interest rates remain quite low for a generation.. That is the ultimate wild card going forward IMHO.
