Considering how fast CSCO has run up from last week, you might make money on your puts. The question is whether or not CSCO will revisit the 70s.

I think low 80s (80, 81) is definitely possible before weeks end, but I doubt you'll see the 70s, barring another meltdown.

CSCO puts. I too, the nov 85 at 2 5/16. The time value/premium always goes down considerably after earnings release. CSCO had a nice anticipatory run-up, but they are pushing new highs and their rate of growth is in DECLINE! However, the H & Q and R & S upgrades are of concern to me. Generally their opinions are highly regarded. I may get out tomorrow. What's your strategy?

Good luck
RJ

I guess those puts were like the cigarette,Marsbar&Specials stand at the cash register. C'est irresistible.

In case you payed in bills and jotted down the numbers, I may be able to trace them to my account (there's some fresh money there since yesterday ;).

Regards
