It's now obvious that the supposed $10M in funding is a sham. There is a stock purchase agreement (SPA)in the 10Q dated February 8 stating funds were supposed to transfer in 3 days, but nothing. These funds aren't being "held up by regulators." Don't be a fool. The 10-Q clearly states: "as of the date of this filing, no funding has been received on this SPA, and although the parties remain in discussion, there is no guarantee that the Company will complete the sale of shares contemplated in the SPA." This agreement is included in the 10-Q only to confuse you guys into thinking they almost got $10M. They never even tried to execute the first step of the SPA. So why even put it in the 10-Q... just for fools to gush over it. Can't wait to hear what the hype masters say about this.

It looks like it wasn't the regulators holding up funding as it would have been here by now. Anybody hear anything new?

My hope is that they have a funding source in place but the funds would be contingent upon AT&T cert. Any thoughts on that?
