Book value dropped 9.8 to 8.9 ?

Pete,

I don't know where your numbers came from but CPCI has positive cash flow, steady earnings and no debt and no good will to write off, etc. so I don't believe the book value has dropped.

This is due to an increase in the weighted average number of shares outstanding. Shareholder's equity has increased.

Pete,

Excuse me. I was not thinking on a per share basis. Aaron is probably correct. Equity is up but there may be some remaining dilution due to last year's stock offering working into the average outstanding shares.
