omd, you really do believe that one can have a property bubble within a domain of

- 600 years pent-up demand
- real income gain
- genuine reform
- honest manufacturing labour
- sincere traditional savings
- true down payments
- and negative real interest rate
- and no derivative anything based on housing finance

so, do tell, how would the 'bubble' pop, and for how long would it stayed popped?
