It is a tall order.

The real approach should, IMO, be to explain WHY our health care system is a problem in the first place -- i.e., government involvement.

It would be possible to show, with a cogent analysis, how a total privatization would provide better health care, universal coverage, and lower costs. The reason health insurance costs spiral out of control is that government doesn't pay for the services it is responsible for.

We have ~300,000,000 people in the country -- and our health care costs $2.4 Trillion PLUS. If you went to the health insurance companies and said, "We'll give you $8K per person for the next 5 years but you have to cover them all with no preexisting conditions, minimal copays, reasonable regulatino, etc.". They'd be falling all over themselves to take that deal.
