Show me the permits. Permits are public information; but there's none showing up in the New York permit databases under JBI or Plast2Oil

Show me the permits. Permits are public information; but there's none showing up in the New York permit databases under JBI or Plast2Oil:
dec.ny.gov

I'm not even finding any applications under "JBI", "Joh", or "Pla". What other name would have they used?

The NYSDEC permit application database is updated daily:

Board: JBI Inc. Reason: Off-Topic

Nothing, but it does show that Islechem has a permit for chromium fluoride, and nothing else.

Chromium(III) fluoride is mainly used in the colouration of limestone and silk. It's also used as a wood preservative; as a component of refractory bricks, abrasives and ceramics; and as a catalyst in hydrogenation, hydrogenolysis and many other organic conversion reactions.
