<There is a mistrust on the Street regarding the varacity of S3 statements and reports.>

What gives you the authority to talk for the "Street". Personally I mistrust the varcity of all your statements. It is patently obvious that you are short this stock. That is fine, but why not be more up front about it?

Phil

Tom:

<< They knew they were falsifiying records.>>

Since the real numbers would have to come out sometime, wouldn't they realize they would be caught? I can't imagine anyone attempting to do this who was rational.

Of course, I was an investor in ZZZZ Best a few years back. Now THERE was a fraud! (Actually made a few bucks on them.)

Tom, in the post referenced (7421), you made some pretty strong statements:

"Gary Johnson is being pressed by S3 management to
take the fall for this accounting fiasco."

"There are crimminal issues here since Johnson and CFOs
signed off on the results to the SEC. They knew they
were falsifiying records."

"There is a mistrust on the Street regarding the varacity of
S3 statements and reports."

As I can't recall you on this thread much in the past, would you please tell me:
-Do you have inside information on a regular basis from insiders at S3 that you can't name but you use to back up your statements?
-What is your professional background? Your profile doesn't contain much, so I'm having a hard time understanding your perspective to make such strong claims.

Thanks for responding.
