I suspect the suit by ABN/AMRO and IKB against the Squid and Paulson for the dough lost will be filed by, like, Monday.

Which is why the market reaction. Of course, if GS beats the SEC's charge, their position in any civil proceedings would be strengthened considerably.

EDIT: Moved my stop on the GS buy up to break even. This will probably just be a Day trade.

EDIT: Closed it at 163.12. Don't have time to baby sit this one today, made enough for hockey tix for the Coyotes-Red Wings tonight, plus a beer or two......
