Jeff,

I agree with you on the idea that the DTC would ask the shorter for the certificate. If this is true, the squeeze for the naked shorts should have started as soon as people started calling in their certificates which comprised of real and naked shares. The volume for the past month does not back this up.

comments anybody? I'm trying to figure out the process behind calling certs when there are naked shorts running around:)
