<how you get your video> Whether it is Google TV or not, most analysts contend that the industry needs to offer consumers the kind of search functionality they have come to expect on the Web. reuters.com Windows 7 (but maybe it is Dell) seems to have a deal with CBS. There is a desktop widget that has a dozen or so shows, haven't clicked on it. Netflix and Microsoft Silverlight seemed to install fine on my new PC. I have a VGA connection to a 720p LCD monitor, seems good enuf. I use my xbox 360 for HDTV on a larger LCD, but only rarely, not much avail cheap. I still haven't found anything as good as Netflix because I don't mind watching series after the DVD is out--whether or not it is available for streaming. Netflix needs 1080.
