What would be the CBO's motivation.....they are non partisan? People have gone to jail for doing just that. And your point is? Yet when it comes to Congress, making the numbers look good is not only legal, it's also praiseworthy. That's what the Democrats just did. Even the AP confirmed it, though they spun that fact by saying that the Republicans do it too You know, Ten, you are just too clever. Obama couldn't fool you. The truth is Obama started the CBO the day after he was inaugurated. His whole goal is to screw Rs every which way he can. Clever guy that Obama......sound familiar?
