I feel the same way about the willful ignorance shown in the denial. It's really tough when other people just don't "get" what you "know."

What do you think you know that everyone else doesn't? What's all this pretentious "i know something you don't" crap? There is no willful ignorance on this...set up a HC program to care for the elderly and then refuse to fund it properly and there will be guys like cheaply saying that it's under water and any program the gvt runs is broke, or poorly run, or whatever other call folks like you make from the cheap seats. But this is not a discretionary expense we are talking about...this is a national expense which remains on the books no matter what you do...and it is a financial obligation of the country no matter how you chose to pay for it. The same is true of the new health care bill that just passed. Someone is paying for the quasi care that some of these uninsured folks are getting...it's a matter of how the country pays for it.
