It includes my expected purchases of medical devices. I would not expect that expense to be substantial. Medical device purchases are few and far between. I might need a knee brace at some point. I do wear glasses but they are exempt. Most purchases would end up being represented in an increase cost for insurance rather than an out-of-pocket tax paid, seems to me.
