Something to look at...

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 5, 1997--Curtis Mathes Holding
Corp. (NASDAQ:CRTM), a leading electronics engineering design and
marketing company, and Cisco Systems, Inc., (Nasdaq:CSCO) the
worldwide leader in networking for the Internet, today announced that
they are teaming to offer advanced end-to-end networking services.
Using a Cisco Powered Network, Curtis Mathes will deliver the
industry's leading network-based interactive entertainment and
information services to consumers. Their relationship highlights
Curtis Mathes' and Cisco's focus on using intelligent broadband IP
networking to provide advanced networking solutions to customers.
Curtis Mathes has implemented a Cisco AS5200 universal access
server for the delivery of Internet, online, telephone and
entertainment services through its uniView(TM) interactive set-top
box and its Internet service, Curtis Mathes Xpressway(TM).
Curtis Mathes' uniView product enables a host of interactive
services through consumer home television sets. The Cisco AS5200
universal access server aggregates incoming customer calls and
routes inquiries to their appropriate destination. A Cisco PIX
Firewall ensures secure Internet access, and a CiscoSecure
authentication, authorization and accounting (AAA) security server
verifies subscribers when they dial in. The Curtis Mathes uniView
device and Curtis Mathes Xpressway network, made up of Cisco routers
and Catalyst(R) switches, enable customers to surf the Web, talk on
the phone, send and receive faxes and e-mail, access TV program
guides and program their VCRs.
"Our use of solutions from Cisco signifies our continued
dedication to the delivery of reliable, secure and high-performance
Internet services," said Patrick A. Custer, Curtis Mathes president
and CEO. "We share a vision for quality with Cisco. By continuing
to work with the recognized worldwide leader in networking, we can
assure our customers that the Curtis Mathes Xpressway service will
continue to lead the industry in capabilities and innovation."
"Cisco's high-performance, reliable networking solutions enable
service providers to offer consistent services," said Don Listwin,
senior vice president of Cisco's service provider line of business.
"Together with Curtis Mathes, we enable end customers to feel
confident that their service provider will deliver a high level of
network interoperability and performance, as well as new, advanced
and differentiated services."
All participants of the Cisco Powered Network must meet
high-quality service standards and procedures. In the Cisco Powered
Network Program, Curtis Mathes markets services based predominantly
on Cisco equipment and software. Participation in the program and
use of the Cisco Powered Network logo to brand its services and
marketing support materials demonstrates Curtis Mathes' ability to
provide innovative services, increase customer confidence and
heighten brand recognition.

Only a $0.50 profit, that's just a 60% profit less comissions over a few days! (g)

I suspect CSCO will follow the rest of the techs over the next few weeks. A near term down-turn is quite likely, however you have a lot of ground to cover in a rather short time.

Good luck to you!
