<Jeff, I agree. It is possible that the "Chill" will be on/off while they collect the certificates. When they get some, it will be off until they print them out again in certificates and the inventory goes back to zero. This is only a logical guess our part, but it sounds reasonable to me.>

If this is the case, it sounds like the DTC is working with the MM's to keep the lid on. Now that may be a perfectly acceptable way of handling this situation. But if so, then then this thing is going to take many months to play out and I doubt that the price will approach even $10.

Does anyone know for sure how the shorters are going to be forced to cover in a much shorter time frame? Does anyone know for sure what the regulations are for handling a cert shortfall?
