ok I didn't think I implied that- but I'm really busy right now, so who knows what I wrote. We are moving after 20 years in the same house- and I am a book hoarder. You can imagine the packing! My friends helpfully tell me we should have been moving every 6 years- so we wouldn't accumulate so much. Ha. That's so helpful. Oh the other hand, I have to say the economy has led to some spectacular deals in the luxury housing market in California, and on top of that our part of the market in terms of selling(in the high middle) seems to be rebounding. Only a 20 day escrow though (short sale for the home we are buying)- so we are pushed. I am reading and posting at breakneck speed.
