Ghunk, your coffee shop contact askes good questions. And yes, everyone has a right to be sceptical.

The best suggestion I have for you is to contact the company and obtain a copy of the offering prospectus. The answers to many of your buddy's questions, including issues like aboriginal agreements, etc. are in that document. The company phone number is 416-862-7885.
